Name & Email Change Request

The Affiliated email can be requested to be changed if the following has occurred.

1. Original Paperwork was completed incorrectly.
2. Marriage, Divorce or Legal Name Change
3. Request is submitted within 2 weeks of when the original email was created.

Requests must be uploaded to Dropbox in the New Hire Agent folder. Any exceptions to the above guidelines must be approved by the IT Department.

Amendment to the ICA / Commission Split

When an agent has an adjustment to their commission split, the Amendment to Independent Contract Agreement form must be completed and provided to Accounting@c21affiliated.com. Signatures from the Agent, Team Leader and Partner/Regional/Area Director are required.

When an agent has separated from CENTURY 21 Affiliated the Termination to Independent Contract Agreement from can be included with the Separation Checklist in Dropbox.
