The Learning and Development Specialist will be a main point on contact for you during your on-boarding at Affiliated. After each training, you’ll receive a recap email highlighting the important information as well as any tasks that are associated with the training. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not be shy! The CENTURY 21 Affiliated Central Services Support Teams are here to help you.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Look for an email from the Human Resources Department with instructions on how to fill out the required paperwork. You will need to provide 2 forms of ID or a Passport. You’ll need a Voided Check to complete the direct deposit. HR will include a link to the Employee Handbook. Please keep this email for future reference.
Look for an email from our Payroll Coordinator. Within the email is a required video to view on Paychex. Please make sure to connect with Payroll once you’ve completed the video.
Look for a Welcome email from the L&D Specialist. The email is sent to the Admin's Affiliated email address as well as the personal email provided.

ON-BOARDING WEBINAR TRAINING
Office Admins are required to attend on-boarding webinar training with the different departments at Central Services. The Point of Contact is listed above each department course outline. Use the C21 Central Services Roster to access contact information.
Learning and Development Specialist: The L&D Specialist is a main point of contact during your on-boarding processes. Work with the L&D Specialist to learn how to manage transactions in Darwin & SkySlope. Learn how to use LeadRouter and other 21online.com tools. You’ll also walk through how to on-board new agents that join with Affiliated as well as how to remove anyone that has left. Training can take anywhere from 25 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the topic.
