The Learning and Development Specialist will be a main point on contact for you during your on-boarding at Affiliated. After each training, you’ll receive a recap email highlighting the important information as well as any tasks that are associated with the training.  If you have any questions or concerns, please do not be shy! The CENTURY 21 Affiliated Central Services Support Teams are here to help you.


Look for an email from the Human Resources Department with instructions on how to fill out the required paperwork. You will need to provide 2 forms of ID or a Passport. You’ll need a Voided Check to complete the direct deposit. HR will include a link to the Employee Handbook. Please keep this email for future reference.   

Look for an email from our Payroll Coordinator. Within the email is a required video to view on Paychex. Please make sure to connect with Payroll once you’ve completed the video.


Look for a Welcome email from the L&D Specialist. The email is sent to the Admin's Affiliated email address as well as the personal email provided.

Taking Notes


Office Admins are required to attend on-boarding webinar training with the different departments at Central Services. The Point of Contact is listed above each department course outline. Use the C21 Central Services Roster to access contact information. 

Learning and Development Specialist: The L&D Specialist is a main point of contact during your on-boarding processes. Work with the L&D Specialist to learn how to manage transactions in Darwin & SkySlope. Learn how to use LeadRouter and other tools. You’ll also walk through how to on-board new agents that join with Affiliated as well as how to remove anyone that has left. Training can take anywhere from 25 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the topic. 


Information Technology: Learn how to use the PureEdge phone system & other fun topics that are covered by our IT Department. This webinar is hosted by IT and can take 25 minutes to 1 hour. For additional IT trouble shooting tricks CLICK HERE. 

Human Resources: Learn how to record your hours in Paychex Flex. Walk through the Employee Handbook. Questions and or concerns regarding staff on-boarding paperwork. This webinar is hosted by HR / Events Coordinator and can take up to 1 hour.

Accounts Payable: This webinar is hosted by Accounts Payable Lead. Learn how to Make Deposits, enter Invoices & add New Vendors. Training and can take anywhere from 25 minutes to 1 hour. 


Accounting Support: Meet your Accounting Processor! This webinar will connect you with the Accounting Team. At this time, they will review the Closing Schedule for processing. Best Practices for contacting the Accounting Team. This webinar can take anywhere from 30-45 minutes.

Social Media Support: Meet our Social Media expert! This webinar will walk you through how to use the Facebook Office Page. You’ll learn the requirements for posting to the social accounts and what the Social Media Department does for you. At this time, you will also learn how to access the Marketing Canva account. You’ll use this program to plug and play with the different templates that are provided to the Office Admins. This webinar can take anywhere from 30-45 minutes.


Marketing Support: Meet the Marketing Department! At this time you’ll discuss the Brand Guidelines. How to place orders for Marketing Materials in Xpressdocs. Learn what our Marketing Team does for CENTURY 21 Affiliated.
